As Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure campaign success.
- Analyze and optimize client campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell services, introduce new products, and increase campaign quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify strategic opportunities and safeguard against threats.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build professional relationships.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 1+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for gaming, with a solid understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a flexible and organized approach to work.
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and solve smaller technical issues.
- Awareness of competitor activities and customer trends to maintain a competitive edge.
