In certain circumstances, we may also disclose personal data to independent controllers, including advertising platforms and similar service providers, where such parties determine the purposes and means of their own processing activities.

7. International Data Transfers

Because Gamebassadors is established in Hungary and may use service providers located in other countries, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area and, where applicable, the United Kingdom. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted under the GDPR, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK Addendum or other approved transfer mechanisms.
